Suparna Warrier is a passionate performer and dedicated teacher of Indian classical dance. Her main focus has been in Bharathanatyam and Mohiniyattam. Her passion for Art and Literature was nurtured by her parents from her childhood days.
Suparna Warrier received meticulous training from proficient Gurus, Smt. Suni Venugopal, Shri M.K. Girish, Shri Kalamandalam Venkitt, and Smt. Preeta Venkitt. She holds a Master Degree in Fine Arts (Bharathanatyam) from Annamalai University, Chidambaram. She also holds a Masters Degree in Business management from Mahatma Gandhi University.
Suparna Warrier has been privileged to perform Bharathanatyam and Mohiniyattam extensively in various shows in Indian and UAE cities. She pioneered her teaching Career from Bangalore in the year 2012 and founded Siddhi Nrithalaya. Later she moved to Dubai and continued her teaching ardor. In 2021 she started Siddhi Dance and Arts Centre, which currently trains more than 250 students in various art forms. Shilpi Dance Fine Arts training is an extension of her endeavour, for encouraging the young minds to step up to the world of arts.
Since her middle school years she has been active in Malayalam literature arena. She has published her works in popular literary magazines. A collection of her poems was published by Current books, Kottayam in the year 2005.
With her inclination towards literature, she assisted her Guru in conceptualizing his innovative choreographies in classical dance. During her post-graduation she has done detailed study about ‘Chathurvidha Abhinaya’ in classical dance. She diligently imparts the assimilated knowledge to her students.
Besides cherishing the upcoming talents in Shilpi, she excels as the Artistic Director of Siddhi Dance and Arts Centre, a well-known performing arts institute in UAE.
